Problem

• The customer wants to manage arbitration process with their clients
• The customer wants to manage their defaulters and initaite the arbitration process.
• Different teams were involved in the arbitration process. i.e. call center, Arbitrators and Lawyers.

Solution

• Delivered the web site which addresses the above mentioned problems. The website starts with user management with different user categories like Lawyers, Location Manager, Call Center, Arbitrators, and Admin
• Gather documents related to the defaulter from record management center.
• Assign Arbitrator and lawyer.
• To send Notice and log the details
• Log their hearing details
• Log Settlement related details
